Acrylic on canvas
103cm x 103cm
Solid white wooden frame
This work was made during a period of physical instability, when plans felt uncertain and time narrowed. Attention shifted to what could still be relied upon. Breath. Light. The quiet fact of being here.
A small red mark sits within the field as a point of focus. It holds the present moment. A reminder to return to what is happening now rather than what might come next.
The painting stays with that act of noticing. Of letting one clear point anchor everything else.
When certainty falls away, the moment in front of us becomes more precise. Enough on its own.
Nothing promised. Nothing deferred. There is just now.
Art that feels like memory.
Slow art in a fast world.
Currently resting in my studio DM me to view.
